Hand-Tied Bouquet Workshops
We're excited to be collaborating with Field Blooms to offer a special hand-tied bouquet workshop!
Experience a working flower farm, learn how to cut and condition flowers then put together your very own hand tied bouquet guided by an experienced florist. Open to all levels, this is about encouraging you to have fun with florals, unwinding and relaxing in a safe environment.
About your hosts:
Anna, director of Field Blooms, has been a keen grower from a young age and is excited to show you around her small scale flower farm. Having studied Botany and Environmental Management she can provide plenty of tips and ideas for your own garden and is happy to answer any flower growing questions.
Before starting Roam Studio, Renée had many years of experience working for prestigious florists in the heart of London and throughout New Zealand. Renée loves teaching and nurturing people’s creativity and confidence with flowers.
What's Included:
- After we have welcomed you we will head into the field for a tour of the cutting garden. After learning how to cut flowers you will pick your own focal flowers for the bouquet.
- We head back to the 'shed' to share our secrets for proper flower conditioning. Renee will demonstrate how to create a hand-tied bouquet while you enjoy refreshments. Then it is your turn to create your own unique bouquet.
- There will be a chance at the end for photos with your bouquets and any further questions.
We hope to see you there!
